Dr. James S Allen advises Chevron Corporation as a consulting health scientist for global health issues and community health programs. He previously served for over 20 years in Asia as a physician, medical director, and community development advisor. His support for YourTime2Shine arises from his belief that most youth have only to be given an opportunity in music or other fields, and they can succeed – as his son Isaac taught him.

Max Wender
Max Adam Wender lived and worked in Manhattan for 18 years, graduating from NYU Tisch School of The Arts in 1995. He went on to manage the Photography Department at a Bill Gates owned company, CORBIS, for over 10 years.
Max moved to Connecticut with his wife and two children in 2005 to pursue careers outside of the city. He wrote for the Hartford Examiner for four years as their leading photography and imaging expert, helped co-create a news aggregate application offered on the Itunes App Store, worked with the Conference of Churches in Hartford, managing their health and well-being outreach program and is currently the Auction Manager at a prestigious Connecticut firm.
Max’s core passion remains in the arts and its ability to heal and commune along with his philosophy that all people, regardless of their genealogy, deserve the opportunity to succeed and be happy in life.
